SUBSCRIPTION & CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy applies to monthly subscriptions purchased through kmzhero.com.

Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled before the renewal date.

Billing: you will be charged automatically using your selected payment method.

Cancellation: cancel through your account (if available) or by emailing [email protected].

No refunds: subscription charges are non-refundable, except if we cannot provide the subscribed service as described in our Refund Policy.

After cancellation: your subscription will not renew for the next billing period. Service may continue through the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated.
