All purchases from KMZHERO LLC are final and non-refundable, including one-time service purchases and subscription fees, except as described below.
Exception — if we cannot provide the service
If we are unable to provide the service you purchased (for example, we cannot deliver the agreed scope due to reasons within our control), we may issue a refund for the undelivered portion of the service or the amount paid for the service that we did not provide.
Non-refundable situations (examples)
- Change of mind
- Lack of use of a subscription during a billing period
- Delays caused by missing client inputs, access, credentials, or approvals
- Third-party outages or issues outside our control (hosting, platforms, plugins, payment processors), unless otherwise required by law
